About Us

Multi-Social Media* is a company and an idea; Get the message out, keep it simple and make it affordable. For many small businesses, the need for communications has never been more critical. However, the options for most small businesses are agencies or trying to do the work in-house. Neither approach works well. The agencies cost too much and the in-house idea ends up ignored and forgotten as running the company takes precedence.

We ask questions and try to find out what your needs are and then make recommendations on how to achieve those goals. The truth is, social media isn't the only answer. In many cases, social media may not even fit your target demographic. Our experience reaches back before the Internet, so we are experienced in working with the traditional media. This is why we named the company Multi-Social Media as there are Multiple approaches and answers. Besides, Anti-Social Media was already taken.

One of our most basic beliefs is that content truly is king. No matter what your message or medium, we work to create useful, positive and meaningful content that you can be proud of and your customers will appreciate. The bottom line is that we're a small business created to help other small businesses. We value each client and give everyone the same level of care and attention.

Oh, and one final note. Our founder really is an experienced bicycle mechanic and ex-racer. Let him know if you need a tune-up.
A Word From the Head Wrench
After 25 years in communications, I know what works and what doesn't. I'm interested in creating solutions based on your needs. Unlike many communicators, I'm a writer first and foremost, and that means your message comes across clearly, concisely and in the tone that best suits you. If you're tired of big promises, and even bigger bills, give us a call. I don't try to be all things to all people. If I can help you, I will. And if not, I'll help you find someone who can. Let's work together and get your message out.
If you'd like to get a sense of some of our work. Go to the Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York's blog page where you'll see a lot of stories by Michael Seinberg. According to LRANY, some of these pieces are the most read on their website. We can do the same for you.
